Mommy and I got to have a date night Wednesday, and went to a very romantic Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Milwaukee Bucks game at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee. Our old friend, Mitch Nelles, who is now a well-known sports radio personality in town, was there and stopped by.
Looks like a yummy Thursday night dinner.

This is from yesterday morning. One never knows where something interesting will be hidden. There is no stone unturned.
I love that my older son still needs an afternoon nap! Please don't give it up, ever.
We needed our big cooler for the party today, so this morning I went to our back deck to get it. When I opened it up this nice block of ice was inside. I guess that's what happens when water is left in it all winter.
Someone got his first haircut on this special day!
We were so blessed to have so many dear friends and family at Eliot's birthday bash. It was held at the Little Gym in Gurnee.
Here's Roya Jimenez (her mom is Dr. Sogol Jahedi, who trained with mommy in residency).

And presenting Oliver Cohen (Oliver's mom, Dr. Regan Valfer, also trained with mommy in residency. Oh yeah, she also happened to deliver our two little buggers).

What a nice looking cake. And it tasted good, too.
And of course we had to open the presents at home. Simon was a big help ripping the wrapping paper.
