Dim the Lights, Here We Go
I really hope Mr. Seacrest hasn't made legal claim to that line; if so, BIG trouble for me. I know everyone's been on pins and needles for more glimpses of the new BMOC, so here you are. But first, here's a shot from Simon's last day as king.
Getting ready for the C-Section.
Soon after being pulled out.
Proud papa. I also realized that when little Eliot is the same age as papa is right now, it will be the 22nd Century!
And a proud GG as well.
Proud grandma for a second time!
The kid moves!
Thanks, Aunt Regan (and Dr. Steve), for being a great friend AND doctor.
Lots of friends came to visit.
Simon, we promise Hilda still loves you. But she needs to save some love for Eliot, too!
Simon got a nice, new haircut for his first meeting with his new brother.
He was a hiccuper in utero, and it appears he will be out as well.
A very happy Saba.
Mommy lookin' good after just having a baby.
Who does he look like? Definitely not his big brother.
This one's a little artsy, but what the heck, this is my blog, right?
Cranial bones are cool, aren't they?
If anyone has any ideas on how to separate Simon from Old McDonald videos on YouTube, I am all ears.
Gotta love the milk coma.
I was far less nervous taking #2 home in the car seat.
We all need a nap today as He-Who-Not-Be-Named was up almost the whole night.
Eliot's first doctor's appointment. He did a good job.
Mommy has a very intricate setup for the bassinet, and it helped Eliot sleep much better on night two.
The city of Philadelphia would be so proud.
Great Aunt Liz stopped by today for a visit. Thanks for all of your help!
Eat your heart out, Moses.
Grandma Frau/Fun sent a very nice package for Simon today.
Tia Robyn and Mima bought more puzzles today. They are for ages five and up, so clearly we have a genius on our hands.
