Krazy Kids

Before we get to the little people, it was pointed out to the editorial staff the we missed some photos from the Avon Walk.

It's cool to see all the walkers here, of course, but look at those gosh darn obnoxious gas prices!

To get a skyline and lake shot like this is why we go through all these crappy a** winters.

Mazel Mazel!

Alright, alright. On to the children already. The Lavens from Sweden arrived Friday afternoon, and the rest was history.

Here's the almost-two-year-old, Jacob Harry.

Followed by the almost-four-year-old, Samuel Hans.

It's the universal, "Whas up?," the fist bump.

We are so glad Simon likes to wear his hat! And he looks pretty cute in it to boot.

Great-aunt Liz (or Grandma Fun according to Samuel) and great-uncle Larry stopped by on Saturday to say hi.

If the shoe fits...

We couldn't not show the matriarch of it all, Maria.

Theo always loves it when he can hang out with Liz.

Major props to big bro for making homemade whole wheat pizzas. I helped by turning on the grill.

The Lavens left for Milwaukee on Sunday. Today was mommy's day off, so after running some errands she took Simon up to visit. Grandma Fun is also in town until Thursday.

The kids' second cousins, Noah and Andreas Laven, live nearby, so they dropped in as well. They brought along their mother, Helena. Helena also happens to be from Sweden. The plot thickens.

I wish I had a picture of a four-year-old Dan Laven nearby because the kid on the right looks just like him. I wonder why?

Two wise old men having a chat.

It must have been quite a feat to get all of these boys to sit for a photo.

Finally, we want to acknowledge and dearly thank aunt Robyn for being such a big help and awesome auntie while she was here. Simon and she really bonded and we hope to see her soon!
