We're about to leave for Vermont to visit the Lavens for a quick 48-hour vacation. Simon is looking forward to meeting his cousins, Samuel and Jacob, for the first time! I am sure there will be lots of pictures and videos when we return. Think happy thoughts for the flight!

24 and LOL

Before we get to the pictures I am pleased to announce that I passed my big exam today! I am relieved beyond belief.

On the Simon front, he is doing great; he's taking nice naps and sleeping much better. Last night was the second night that he's slept all the way through. Let's hope that continues.

Nice Weekend

Rachel has the whole weekend off! It's wonderful. Our friend Stephen Huxley came up north, so we had lunch with him at Barnaby's in Northbrook, and then to Homer's in Wilmette for ice cream. When we got back we took a couple of videos.
